Saving your message…
Each event keeps its own words, colors, logo, background and greeting. Set up upcoming events in advance, then switch here on the day.
Leave a box empty to hide that line.
A PNG with a transparent background works best for logos.
Messages are stored on this tablet only, so no Wi-Fi is needed at the venue. After the event, tap “Save to device” and choose Save to Files, Photos or Google Drive. Big events go in batches (about 250 MB each, so the iPad doesn't run out of memory): tap once per batch, picking the same place each time. Each message shows “✓ saved” once it has been handed over. Check they arrived, then delete them before the next booking. File names start with the event names.
Checking…
When set up (Chrome on Android or desktop only), every message is written to that folder the moment it's recorded — a real second copy, with nobody needing to tap anything during the event. Not available in Safari/iPad; use "Save to device" there instead (after the event, or during a long one as an extra copy).
Use the same key in both boxes if your switch sends one key that toggles. Turn tapping off for events so guests can't end a message by touching the screen.
